Feeling tired today. First day back at work ,yuck ! Did an easy 6 miles last night but x country is still in my legs . Fortunately target mileage on my training plan is only a little higher than my average of 35 miles per week . I am on week 3 of a 17 week training plan which requires an average of around 50 miles a week from week 10 to week 15 which will be the tough stretch of training .
