Pleased to see the end of a tough week . Track on friday with east london runners had eight runners ,numbers boosted by some new members as is always the case at this time of year with the marathon in april . Saturday morning brought rain and mud at the forest but stuart and I were there at 7.15am ! Today I went for a lovely run in the sun by the river at wivenhoe  .A good way to prepare for the week at work . 43 miles last week ,4 more than the my training schedule ,only 14 weeks to go !
